Delivery & Returns

Once you’ve placed your order online using our secure ordering and payment system, we’ll receive it here at Milton-Lloyd HQ and begin processing right away. We’ll keep you updated via email through every step of the order journey so you’ll know exactly when to expect your perfume from us.

Because we offer the best price possible for our perfumery, we are not able to absorb the shipping charges. These are priced as £3.95 for express delivery on retail orders and are £5 for every 48 units ordered on seller orders.

To ensure your order reaches you in pristine condition, we ship every order in simple recyclable packaging. It’s just another way we can reduce our costs for you and care for the environment.

If you have any problems with your product upon arrival please do not hesitate to contact us and we will seek to rectify any problems as quickly as possible. This may include returns, refunds or replacement. Refunds will only be given within 28 days of purchase and if the product is faulty. We shall refund any shipping costs for returns. On receipt of the returned product, we will examine the order and notify you of exchange or refund via email. We try to complete any refund using the same payment method you used to place your order. Refunds will occur as soon as possible. For more information on our refunds policy, please see our terms and conditions of supply. Unfortunately, accidents happen. Although very rare, should your perfumes be damaged or loss during transit be assured that we can help. Please contact our customer service team and we’ll do our best to resolve any problems.

Q. What are our delivery time commitments?

Delivery time for all fragrances is 1-2 days on mainland UK orders. You will be notified by email and text (if you have supplied a UK mobile number) when your order is on its way, along with the relevant tracking number.

Our prices reflect our policy of not advertising, which means you pay for the perfume or fragrance but not for the marketing or middle men. Our marketing has simply been the genuine word of mouth of our loyal and happy customers. We also do not spend money on expensive packaging; We offer top quality perfumes and fragrances at unbeatable prices in simple packaging. The fragrance is what we invest in, develop and focus our attention on. Q. Is your sales hotline automated?

Most certainly not, you will be connected directly to a member of our sales staff. Our 'Sales Hotline' is open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm excluding UK Public Holidays. Your call will always be taken by our sales staff during working hours. Outside office hours please send an email and one of our customer care team members will get in touch within 24 hours.

Q. I am having problems using my debit or credit card

We accept the following cards: Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Maestro, Switch, and Solo. If your card is not listed then we also accept cheques and bank transfers, please call our 'Sales Hotline' to arrange payment. If you receive an error in the red box, please follow the instructions in the error message and check that your details are correct. If this does not resolve the issue then there may be a problem processing your card. Please call our 'Sales Hotline' and describe the problem, where our staff will be happy to take your order. Perfumes can last up to five years, if stored correctly. The ideal storage conditions: are in darkness, at room temperature.
